4 people shot in van at intersection in Columbus


COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Police in central Ohio are looking for someone who opened fire into a van, wounding four people.

Columbus police say the van was stopped at the intersection just before midnight when another vehicle drove up beside it. At least one person in that vehicle fired on the four people in the van, striking all of them.

WSYX-TV reports (http://bit.ly/Uqtm5d) the van's driver was able to drive off and stopped a few blocks away, where medics and police responded. Three of the four victims were treated and later released from a hospital. The other is in stable condition.

Officers are searching for a red Dodge truck that possibly was involved.
