TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) -- An Indiana man accused of setting a fire inside a mosque in Ohio is due in court.
Documents in the case indicate the man may change his plea Wednesday in a Toledo federal courtroom.
Randy Linn of St. Joe, Ind., was charged in October with one count each of intentionally defacing, damaging, and destroying religious property and using a fire to commit a felony.
He later pleaded not guilty.
A third charge of using and carrying a firearm to commit a crime of violence was added against him this week.
Linn is accused of breaking into the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo in September and using gasoline to start a fire in the second-floor prayer room.
Authorities say Linn had three firearms in his parked vehicle at the time.
