Computer case, papers removed from unlocked vehicle: A Brittain Circle man told police June 16 that sometime between June 10 and 11, someone entered his unlocked vehicle, which was parked in the apartment complex lot, removing a computer case valued at $50 which contained various paperwork and his Social Security card.

Gas gap removed from automobile: A Tallmadge woman told police June 13 that someone had removed the $10 gas cap from her vehicle while it was parked at a North Thomas Road residence.

CD player taken from woman: A resident of a Colony Park Drive facility told police a man who had been staying there on a short-term basis borrowed her $50 CD player and then checked out of the facility without returning the item.

Domestic violence

Tallmadge man arrested: Police arrested a Tallmadge man and charged him with domestic violence June 15 after he entered the home he shared with his wife prior to being told by the court to vacate the property. According to the report, the suspect, whose behavior was described as "erratic" and "loud and argumentative" was handcuffed and transported to the Summit County Jail.
