Tony Kapper, Francis DePetro, Dale Ewers, Rick Shreve and Tom Capozzi are among an elite group of Ford Dealership employees to be recognized with the 2013 Ford Employee Excellence Award. The award honors dealership employees who have excelled in sales and provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Pictured above are Capozzi, left, and DePetro.
