Resident launches Conway Tutoring

Joyce Conway of Tallmadge recently launched Conway Tutoring, a family-run ACT review and math tutoring company started by Conway and her daughters, Diane Conway and Veronica Conway, and run with the help of qualified teachers.

Conway has taught and tutored math at Tallmadge High School for over 30 years. More recently, over the past 10 years, she has helped many students prepare for the ACT as well. She says she decided to start Conway Tutoring as a way to reach more students in surrounding schools.

Tutoring is available in Tallmadge on Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. to noon, at 32 South Ave. The next sessions for the Oct. 22 test are: Reading, Sept. 17; English, Sept. 24; Science, Oct. 1; and Math, Oct. 15; from 8 a.m. to noon.

For information on cost or to schedule a child, call 330-285-2741.
