Financial Peace University classes
Northwest Avenue Church of Christ, 737 Northwest Ave., will host Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University classes starting Feb. 21. The new classes will run for nine weeks from 7 to 8:30 p.m. There is a one time fee of $95 for materials which must be paid before the first class. More than 1.5 million families and individuals have taken the classes. According to class organizers, the average family completing the course pays off $5,300 and saves $2,700 -- an $8,000 change in position. Those interested in registering for the class may call the church office at 330-929-5776. Registrations will be taken through Feb. 3. There is a class limit of 20. No child care will be provided during class times.

First Congregational
All are welcome to join Sunday activities at First Congregational Church of Tallmadge. Worship is at 8:30 a.m. (sanctuary service with a spiritual emphasis featuring piano accompaniment and 10 a.m. (traditional sanctuary service with pipe organ and choirs; children's choir practice and children's worship); 9 a.m. (children, youth and adult education). Nursery care is available from 9 to 11 a.m. Sundays.
The church offers nursery care for children younger than 3 during worship as well as craft time for children in second grade and younger during the second half of worship.

Queen of Heaven
An additional Mass at 6:30 p.m. is being added every Thursday during the month of December with confessions following from 7 to 8 p.m. New Year's Masses will be celebrated at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 at 10 a.m. and noon.
