Gardeners of Greater Akron to meet Jan. 21
The Gardeners of Greater Akron will meet Jan. 21 at St. George Fellowship Centre, 3204 Ridgewood Road in Copley, starting with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30.
The evenings' program will be on hydroponic gardening presented by a representative from CropKing of Lodi. Members and guests are encouraged to attend the club's first meeting of the new year.
Garden club officers for 2013 are Sam Morlan, president; Arthur Britton, first vice president; Clark Bordner, second vice president; Sue Godard, secretary; and Leroy Hart, treasurer and historian.
