Protection makes Weatherhead 100 list
Congratulations to member, County Fire Protection, on making the Weatherhead 100 list for 2013. County Fire Protection is located in the Brimfield/Tallmadge JEDD area.
The Weatherhead 100 awards were established to celebrate Northeast Ohio's spirit of entrepreneurship and to reward companies that serve as a beacon to all the region's businesses. This year, the 26th annual Weatherhead 100 awards ceremony is recognizing the region's fastest-growing companies based on revenue from 2008-12.

The Tallmadge Chamber of Commerce will host a Casino Night March 8 at Underwood Hall, 1945 Mogadore Road, Kent. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner will be served and tables will open at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $70 per person which includes dinner, drinks and "play" money.
There will be 18 tables for sponsors on a first come, first served basis: 11 blackjack, one hold 'em, once craps, one let it ride, one roulette, one Caribbean stud, one three-card and one chuck a luck.
The cost is $125 dollars which includes displaying the advertiser's name and contact information and the dealer will pass out the advertiser's business cards for each person at the table.
Chamber is also asking for major prizes for the auction and auction items for the prize money at the end of the night. A total of 35 awards are being sought.

If you would like to participate in our Featured Business of the Month program, just attend the luncheons and "drop" your business card into the basket to be drawn for the Business of the Month. You will get your business name featured on our website, and a short blurb" in the Chamber Chatter column in the Tallmadge Express, along with a mention in our next newsletter.
One business card a month will be drawn at the luncheon meetings.
