Over 50? Join the Tallmadge Primetimers, where one can enjoy monthly programs and weekly recreational activities at the Tallmadge Community Center, 80 Community Road. Other activities include bowling, golf and travel. For more information, call 330-633-5610.

Oct. 18 -- The theme will be Halloween. Members and guests are encouraged to attend in costume. Prizes will be given for the scariest, prettiest, unusual and funniest costumes.
Oct. 30 -- Open house at Town Hall, Museum, Historic Church and Schenkenberger House with antique displays.
Nov. 15 -- Members and guests will have an opportunity to get better acquainted by playing bingo. Prizes will be awarded to winners.
Activities take place at the Tallmadge Community Center, 80 Community Road, at 11:45 a.m.
Amish Harvest -- Oct. 20, $89. Travel by motorcoach to Middlefield. Departure and return times to be announced. Free gifts promised from each stop.
Rivers Casino -- Oct. 26, $37. Travel by motorcoach to Pennsylvania. Departure and return times to be announced. Bonus -- $20 free play.
Wheeling Island Casino -- Nov. 16, $36. Travel by motorcoach to West Virginia. Departure and return times to be announced. Bonus -- $25 free play.
Branson Country Christmas with the "Ozark Jubilee" -- Nov. 17, $100. Travel by motorcoach to the Carrie Cerino Ballroom in North Royalton. Depart around 5 p.m. and return around 11 p.m. Show and meal included.
The Jim Brady Trio -- Dec. 1, $42. Travel to Hartville Dinner Theater via rec center bus. Departure and return times to be announced. Price includes dinner and show.
The Legendary Christmas Lights -- Dec. 8, $91. Travel to Clifton Mills and Easton by motorcoach. Departure and return times to be announced. Lunch and dinner are not included in the price. See over 3.5 million twinkling lights.
Oak Ridge Boys -- Dec. 17, $47. Travel by rec bus to the Akron Civic Theater. Depart at 6 and return around 10:30 p.m. Show at 7:30 p.m. The Box Office will not hold any tickets. Tickets sell out fast, so those who want to go need to sign up now along with their check.
All trips are open to the public. One does not need to be a Tallmadge Primetimers member to attend.
Registration forms are required with all trips. Irene Welch will be in the Primetimers office every Monday from 10 a.m. to noon to take payments for all trips.
