PLANNING & ZONING Approving and granting a conditional zoning

certificate to applicant/owner Community

Connections Northeast Ohio for an adult

services agency that serves individuals with

developmental disabilities at 1647 Brittain

Road.

PLANNING & ZONING Accepting the dedication of a portion of a

street known as Robey Road within the City

limits for public purposes; setting performance

and maintenance guarantees therefore and

providing for immediate enactment.

PERSONNEL Authorizing and directing the Tallmadge Civil

Service Commission to adopt rules and regulations that differ from those provided

by general law for the promotion and hiring
