Students from Joni Giles' Software Technology II class were honored at an awards ceremony Feb. 5 for their success in the Business Professionals competitions. THS competed against students in Summit, Portage and Medina county schools. Students who placed in the top 10 were honored with a medal or trophy. Students were tested on their technology, business, math and English skills in a variety of competitions. The awards ceremony took place at St. George's Fellowship Center in Fairlawn. Students competed during a two week period in January.
