Back-to-school backpacks

Summit Racing and Tallmadge Rotary are once again providing back-to-school backpacks for nearly 500 Tallmadge students. The program provides students with backpacks as well as school supplies. The cooperative effort is designed to help economically stressed families.

Superintendent Jeffrey Ferguson said he is thankful for the support. "The program is a great example of the many sources of support our schools and families receive from Tallmadge businesses. Summit Racing and the Tallmadge Rotary are committed to student success and we appreciate their continuing generosity."
