student success

Summit Racing and Tallmadge Rotary are once again providing back-to-school backpacks for nearly 500 Tallmadge students. The program provides students with backpacks as well as school supplies. The cooperative effort is designed to help economically stressed families.

Superintendent Jeffrey Ferguson said he is thankful for the support.

Families interested in participating in the program should stop by the McCombs Education Center (MEC) at 486 East Ave. The MEC is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
