KSU student, Tallmadge resident takes second place in MLK Jr. essay contest

Daphnie Neal of Tallmadge took second place at the Kent State University at Stark Martin Luther King Jr. Essay Contest, sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Initiatives and celebrated during Black History Month activities this month and at Kent State University’s 15th annual Martin Luther King Jr. observance on Jan. 26.
