SUMMIT ESC PRESCHOOL
Summit Educational Service Center's (ESC) preschool program in Tallmadge City School District will host a parent night on March 2 from 5 to 7 p.m. at David Bacon Elementary School, 181 Strecker Drive.
Registration is not required.
The event is open to parents and families in Tallmadge, who have preschool-age children, and would like to explore the integrated preschool program.
Parents and families from neighboring cities are also welcome to attend.
During the night, participants will learn the make-up, philosophy and logistics of the preschool program, including serving both disabled and non-disabled students in a language rich environment.
Preschool teachers and related service providers will be available for discussion and to answer questions related to the program.
The program is offered Monday through Thursday with the option to attend the morning or afternoon session.
"Our preschool program offered to Tallmadge City School District's residents is one of our 12 sites to receive a five-star Step Up to Quality rating from the Ohio Department of Education," said Kristin Fazio, Summit ESC's Student Service Director. "This is the highest distinction a preschool program can receive. We encourage parents and family members to attend the parent night and explore what this program has to offer students."
