Stan Hywet offers free admission to veterans Nov. 11n Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is offering free admission to all veterans and military personnel who present their military ID and who visit on Veterans Day. Admission includes a self-guided tour of the 65-room Manor House, the Gate Lodge and Corbin Conservatory as well as access to the landscaped gardens and grounds. Accompanying family members pay regular prices. Admission at the door is $20 for adults and $5 for children. Some items will be available for purchase.A limited number of advance tickets will be sold for a special preview party on Nov. 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. The preview party will include appetizers and desserts, along with a glass of wine.
