Albrecht Inc., a Northeast Ohio-based retail and industrial real estate company, recently received final approval from the city of Green to proceed with the development of Heritage Crossing of Green, a grocery-anchored shopping center located on Massillon Road, just off Interstate 77.
The 16-acre site will be anchored by a 77,500-square-foot Acme Fresh Market grocery store and will initially include 18,000 square feet of small shop retail and restaurant space, currently available for lease.
"The small shop retail and restaurant space at Heritage Crossing is designed to be highly visible and easily accessible, with room for outdoor patios and lots of convenient parking for customers." said Joe Albrecht, vice president of Albrecht Inc. "Businesses that become part of Heritage Crossing will benefit from the design as well as the customer traffic generated by the Acme Fresh Market store."
Acme plans to break ground in the spring, with an opening set for the fall of 2013.
Albrecht Inc. is a privately held, locally owned real estate company with more than 4 million square feet of retail, grocery and industrial real estate under its ownership and management. Its grocery-anchored shopping centers are located at some of the highest traffic areas in Summit, Cuyahoga, Stark, Medina and Portage counties.
