Therapy dog helps improve reading skills

Published:

On March 16, therapy dog “Caesar” was at the Tallmadge Branch Library for the “Paws for Reading” program.

Children who would like to improve their reading skills by reading to a therapy dog, either “Caesar” or “Sophie,” can drop by the children’s area of the library from 1 to 2 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of every month.

Children can bring a book from home or pick one from the library to read to the dog.
