Locally grown foods take over menu at Tallmadge High School cafeteria

Tallmadge -- This week at Tallmadge High School, students are choosing from a healthy lunch menu of fresh foods that are locally grown and sourced.

Tallmadge Schools is teaming up with Cleveland-based local farm buying club Fresh Fork Market to offer items that feature produce, dairy and meat products.

The new menu has high school cafeteria workers and Fresh Fork Market employees dashing around the kitchen, trying to keep up with the long line at the pizza bar.

For more about the lunch program that's keeping the cafeteria hopping, see a future edition of the Tallmadge Express.
