Accepting the safety grant from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation authorizing the Mayor to enter into the necessary agreements for the purchase of two power cots and two power load systems through State Purchasing or Local Preference as allowed by ordinance appropriating the necessary funds and providing for immediate enactment.

Extending the sympathy of the Council and the Administration to Carol Fuchs and members of Bernie Fuchs’ family in the death of Bernard
