Frank Chaff IV and his theater troupe Pure Imagination are at it again and working on their next production for the annual Tallmadge Circle Fest.
The troupe will be holding early auditions for the annual August program from 6 to 8 p.m. June 13 and 14 at the Northwest Church of Christ, located at 737 Northeast Ave. Callbacks will be held June 17 at 10 a.m. There are 18 roles available.
Rehearsals will begin in August and will be held a few evenings a week until the show opens. The performance will be held Aug. 19 at the Tallmadge Circle Fest.
Chaff and his troupe believe that there are two sides to every story and have created a show that consists of four vignettes and will give audiences the real scoop of the beloved fairytales of “Goldilocks, Hansel and Gretel, Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood.”
“This isn’t ‘fake news,” Chaff said. “It’s about time that America knew what really happened. In this show all the characters are important, have dialogue, and will play a pivotal role.”
