OLIVIA RAE SILADIE
Great-grandaughter
Olivia Rae Siladie, 6 weeks, died Oct. 8, 2007.
Olivia was born Aug. 24, 2007 to David and Pamela Siladie of Tallmadge.
Olivia was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Siladie. She is survived by her parents, David and Pamela; grandparents, Chuck and Sharon Kozy and Cheryl Siladie; great-grandmothers, Grace Schwaben and Marjorie Bognar; aunts and uncles, Dawn and Kai Brunkalla, Lisa and Bill George and Kim and Mike Hughes; cousins, Emily, Charlotte, Elise Brunkalla and Logan, Charlie and Thomas George.
Funeral services took place Oct. 12 at Donovan Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jon Sommers officiating. Interment was at Tallmadge Cemetery.
