Williams named 'Photographer of Year'
Robert Williams of Tallmadge Photography was named Photographer of the Year from the Professional Photographers of America.
The presentation was made at the organization's annual convention in Tampa, Fla.
This is the third year in a row Williams has been honored.
"The recipient of this award has proven the quality of their work on a consistent basis in one of the largest competitions in the world, PPA's International Print Competition," said PPA Board Member Helen Yancy.
The award was developed to encourage photographers to improve their artistic and technical skills and demonstrate their talent through competition.
