Creative Cooperative Preschool to host open house

Creative Cooperative Preschool will host an open house April 18 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Anyone interested in enrolling their children for the 2008-09 school year is encouraged to attend. A local speech therapist will be present to share information regarding speech/language development for 3- through 5-year-olds and to answer parent questions.

The preschool, located at 464 Northeast Ave., has openings for 3-, 4- and 5-year-old children.Classes are scheduled Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. To enroll, children must be at least 3 years of age by Sept. 30. Creative Cooperative Preschool has been serving the city of Tallmadge and surrounding communities for more than 30 years.

A cooperative preschool offers parents the opportunity to be a part of their child's educational experiences and to observe how their child interacts with classmates and teachers.

Treehouse Preschool open house, registration

Treehouse Preschool will host and open house/registration for children ages 2, 3, 4 and 5 April 2 from 6 to 7 p.m.

The preschool offers classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds. The 2-year-old program is scheduled Wednesdays for toddlers and parents.

Treehouse Preschool is located in the First Congregational Church of Tallmadge, 85 Heritage Drive.

Recreation Center offers KIDS Place Preschool

KIDS Place Preschool -- Kids Instructional Development Series runs on a monthly basis at the Tallmadge Recreation Center and each session builds on progression.

This program is designed to help prepare children for kindergarten. The program follows the Tallmadge School calendar.
