'Heritage Families' being sought by district

To identify those students and their families who should be recognized as a Tallmadge City Schools' "Heritage Family," Nancy Wack, community relations coordinator for the district, is asking Tallmadge High School alumni to call her office if they have a son, daughter or grandchild who will graduate this June with the Class of 2008.

This is the 15th year for the Heritage Family recognition and each year there is an increasing number of students whose parents or grandparents graduated from THS.

"It really says a lot about our schools and our community when our alumni choose to stay here or in many cases return here to raise and educate their children," said Wack.

To be added to the list of honorees, call Wack at 633-3291 ext. 8009.
