by Amanda Harnocz Reporter Tallmadge -- City officials are still in the process of interviewing and evaluating 10 candidates for the recreation facility manager position. Gale Gault, serving as the rec center's interim transitional consultant, said he believes a new manager will be hired sometime in September. The position is available because former rec facility manager Tom Headrick was fired by Mayor Christopher Grimm in early May due to a criminal charge of theft in office being filed against him.
