Clarence and Geri (Michalowski) Florkiewicz of Tallmadge and West Palm Beach, Fla. celebrated their 55 wedding anniversary Aug. 22.
The couple married in 1953 at St. Stanislaus Church, Nanticoke, Pa. by the late Rev. V.L. Biczysko, who also married the bride's parents, Carl and Regina (Chesney) Michalowski. The couple has two daughters, Regina and Carol (Matt) Haven and a grandson, Brendon Haven. The family is marking this milestone with a Mass celebrated by the Rev. John Hengle at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and a family dinner at Lannings, in Bath.
