NAOMI JEAN METCALF

Naomi Jean Metcalf died May 4, 2009 at home.
Born Aug. 31, 1939 in Uniontown, Pa., her parents, Jim and Della Metcalf, raised her and her brothers, Gary and Fred Metcalf in Tallmadge. Upon retiring from teaching, she headed west to Seattle to be with her two sons, Dean and Dave Connolly, and, according to her family, "to find adventure, whether it was hiking the mountains she loved, or riding her motorcycle throughout the country."
