Waltco relocates California distribution center
Waltco Lift Corp. announces the relocation of its distribution center to 620 Hambledon Ave. in city of Industry, Calif. after 55 years at their previous facilities in Gardena, Calif.
The new location and enhanced distribution efficiencies will help Waltco continue to grow and evolve to keep pace with client's needs while focusing on customer driven solutions.
The new facility will distribute and stock liftgates and replacement parts as well as provide service work for customers and overflow capabilities for distributors. In addition, a new showroom located within the distribution facility, will house various working liftgate models and offer meeting space to assist in sales demonstrations and service training opportunities.
An open house is planned in February of 2010 to showcase the new distribution center.
Waltco Lift Corp. is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of hydraulic liftgates for truck and trailer applications. The Tallmadge-based company has manufacturing operations in Tallmadge and warehouses in Douglasville, Ga.; City of Industry, Calif. and Toronto, Ontario.
