The host Tallmadge boys basketball team lost a lopsided 71-48 decision to Suburban League rival Wadsworth Feb. 5 at James O. Maddox Court.
The Grizzlies (9-6, 6-4) scored nine of the first 12 points and never looked back en route to the win. Wadsworth junior guard Prescott Williams finished with a game-high 19 points and senior forward Anthony Schrock and senior guard Jordan Keener added 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Sophomore forward Tucker Linder and junior forward Jamie Lowery each had 13 points to pace the Blue Devils (5-9, 3-8). Thomas Linder added nine points for Tallmadge.
