All Pro Shock Wins OYB State Championship

ALL PRO SHOCK WINS OYB STATE CHAMPIONSHIP Shock Wins Varsity Division COLUMBUS, May 20. The All Pro Shock girls basketball team won the OYB State Championship this weekend in the Varsity division. This team of 16-year olds competed against older juniors and seniors and out-played all opponents to win top honors. The All Pro Shock team (see photo) grabbed 29 rebounds a game and shot over 70% from the free-throw line at this tournament. Players on the team hail from Westlake, Bay Village, Tallmadge, Avon, Rocky River, Garrettsville, and Cleveland. Front row (L to R): Marybeth Leitch, Brittany Wenzell, Ali Haldi, Hannah Pempus.
