Tallmadge Recreation Center Facility Manager David Cooper unveiled the facility’s new and improved upper level to guests during its grand re-opening. The second floor now includes two racquetball courts, two rows of cardiovascular equipment, flat screen televisions and new stadium-style bleachers.
