Absentee ballot applications available
Applications for Absentee Ballots are available in Tallmadge at the Community Center (in the Primetimers' office), at the Tallmadge Recreation Center and at the Municipal Building.
Recent amendments to election laws permit every registered voter to vote an absentee ballot, if he or she chooses. Applications for absentee ballots should be sent to the Board of Elections as soon as possible and a ballot for the Nov. 6 election will be sent to one's home.
Ballots must be returned to the board (either in person or by mail) by Nov. 3 to make sure return deadlines are met.
