Members of the church who went on a mission trip to New Orleans last June were inspired to organize the furniture drive. The first, which took place late last summer, was so successful they decided to do it again.

Furniture, appliances, dishes, pots and pans will be accepted as long as they are in good condition. No clothing will be accepted at this time. The items will be transported by semi to Camp Restore in New Orleans. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is sponsoring the event.
