Earl T. Welch, 47, died March 24, 2008.
Born in Akron, Mr. Welch lived in the Akron area for most of his life. He was former assistant manager at Home Depot and owner of Merriman Valley Cyclery. He also was former owner/operator of Toby's Bar. He loved biking, sailing and volunteered at Haven of Rest Ministries.
Mr. Welch was preceded in death by his father, Earl D. Welch. He is survived by his mother, Irene Welch of Tallmadge; sister, Elaine (Tim) Mellinger of Green; niece, Amy; and nephews, Christopher, Stephen and Craig.
Memorial donations may be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries, 175 E. Market St., Akron 44308.
