* Tallmadge Planning & Zoning Commission, May 1 -- Items for consideration include a preliminary plat application for a planned residential development of 30.99 acres east of Dunbar Road, south of Webb Road and northwest of Interstate 76; minor modification to a site plan application for decks to be built on three properties in the Villas at Colony Park; minor modification to site plan application for an addition to the parking lot and relocation of a waste receptacle pad at Erie Station Grille; an ordinance to amend an ordinance regarding the definition of "restaurant" in the city of Tallmadge.
