The New Direction Church located at 226 Southeast Avenue welcomes Trick or Treaters to visit their church during the city's Beggar Night from 5:30 - 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 29th. Several families from the church will be on hand to share treats with the community's children from the decorated trunks of their vehicles. The children are invited to visit each decorated vehicle to receive their goodies. At the same time, families are also invited to take advantage of the drive-thru prayer ministry which will be offered under the church's carport. Anyone is welcome to simply drive under the carport where a brief prayer of blessing and encouragement will be offered with them conveniently through their car's window.
