Sandra Sue Hollihan
Cuyahoga Falls High School graduate, great-grandmother
Sandra Sue (Lynch) Hollihan, 73, recently of Tallmadge and formerly of Sun City Center, Fla., died June 14, 2014, surrounded by family and friends.
Mrs. Hollihan was born July 11, 1940, to the late Margaret and Robert Lynch.
After attending and graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1958, she worked at Ohio Bell, Summit County Medical and Fallsview Hospital.
Mrs. Hollihan led a full and interesting life working hard to provide for and raise her family. Her only regrets were: the Indians never quite won that World Series, Lebron left her high and dry and the one-armed bandits wouldn't give up that big payday.
Preceded in death by sister, Nancy Pendelton; brother, Robert Lynch; and daughter-in-law, Paula Hollihan, she is survived by her children, Teri (Donald) Dominguez, Nichol (Richard) Watkins and Len Hollihan, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by good friends Mary, Brenda, Gloria, Dora and Nancy.
A private service has taken place with family and friends.
With much sadness I offer my condolences to the family. What a wonderful lady to be around. Always caring and helping. Got to know her thru her brother, Robert, who preceded her in death and for whom she provided so much love and care at he faced his end of life. Loved them both and know that the Lynch family was beautifully represented by Sandy.
