The Tallmadge girls bowling team improved to 7-3 on the season after posting a 2,104-1,647 victory over Akron Our Lady of the Elms Jan. 18 at Midway Lanes in Akron.
Madison Stock led the Lady Blue Devils with scores of 173 and 205, respectively. Also rolling two games for Tallmadge were Nicole Kreitzburg (194-155), Jennie Kiss (176-153) and Abby Collins (154-127).
The Lady Blue Devils were scheduled to host Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary Jan. 24 at Eastgate Lanes in Akron before returning to Midway Lanes to face Akron East Jan. 25. The Blue Devils are set to compete at the Roseland Lanes Jan. 26 in Oakwood Village. Results of those competitions were not available at press time.
Tallmadge is set to entertain Akron Archbishop Hoban Jan. 30 at 4:15 p.m.
