The host Tallmadge girls soccer team earned a 3-3 draw with Suburban League rival Cloverleaf Sept. 3 at Rossiaky Stadium.

The Lady Colts (4-1-1, 0-1-1) had leads of 2-0 and 3-2, but the Lady Blue Devils (2-2-1, 0-1-1) kept coming back.

Lexie Hall got Cloverleaf on the board nearly 12 minutes into the game off an assist from Lauren Gokey.

The Lady Colts made it 2-0 when Zana Russ converted a penalty kick with a little more than eight minutes remaining in the first half. Russ was awarded the penalty kick after she was fouled on a shot that hit the post.

Tallmadge rallied in the second half.

The Lady Blue Devils tied the game when Alyssa Garbinsky found the net nearly five minutes later. Jessica Gardella was credited with the assist.

But Cloverleaf answered.

Back came Tallmadge.

The Lady Blue Devils tied the game when Chochola finished after receiving a pass from Sara Johnson on the opposite side of the field with 8:55 left.

Tallmadge had some shots on goal in the final three minutes, but Cloverleaf's defense managed to keep the ball out of the net.

The Lady Blue Devils outshot the Lady Colts 21-11. Both teams had four corner kicks.
